摘要
详细分析了原油品种及性质变化对齐鲁石化公司胜利炼油厂常减压装置的影响,结果表明,掺炼酸值、硫和盐含量较高的陆上混合原油是引起常减压装置腐蚀的主要原因。针对胜利炼油厂的实际情况,与洛阳石化工程公司合作进行电脱盐技术攻关,采用新技术对电脱盐系统进行改造,并使用新型破乳剂,使脱盐后的原油盐含量低于5 mg/L。使用有机胺组分含量较高的耐露点腐蚀的SYH- 3 型“二合一”双功能缓蚀剂,以缓解和控制常压塔顶的腐蚀问题。使用混合原油脱钙剂,减轻后加工过程中的催化剂污染问题。对重点腐蚀部分加大检测频率,新安装探针以监测高温部位的腐蚀情况。加大工艺防腐力度,加强设备腐蚀的检、监测和规范化管理,改变原油配置,加快耐高温涂料的研究与开发。这些防腐蚀措施的实施。
The author analyzed the effect of changes of crude oil property on atmospheric vacuum distillation units in Shengli refinery, Qilu petrochemical company. The analytical result shows that the main cause leading to the unit corrosion is that the units process partly the blending crude oil from Chinese crude oils with higher acid number, sulfur and salt contents. Based on the actual condition of the refinery, the electric desalting system improvement was completed by cooperation with Luoyang Petrochemical Engineering Company and new type emulsion breaker was used which decreases the salt content of desalted crude oil to less than 5 mg/L. Dew point corrsion resistant SYH-3 bifunction corrosion inhibitor with higher organic amine constituent were applied in order to decrease and control the top corrosion of atmospheric tower. The blending crude oil decalcium agent was also used for decreasing the catalyst pollution and poisoning during down stream processes. It is necessary to increase the inspection frequency for serious corrosion places, install the corrosion probe at high temperature corrosion places, increase the process anticorrosion ability and the corrosion checking and inspecting administration, change the crude oil property and develop new high temperature resistant coating materials. These anticorrosive measures were put into practice and the good effect was produced in the refinery.
