摘要
某碾压混凝土重力坝基岩实际地质情况较前期勘察成果更破碎,使得灌浆试验参数无法满足工程质量和进度要求。为解决这一难题,工程实施过程中对各破碎基岩坝段的固结灌浆部位及相关参数进行了调整。灌浆后监测结果显示,灌浆质量达到了设计和规范要求,并大大提高了基岩的整体性和均一性,改善了基岩的力学性能,为大坝施工和安全运行奠定了基础,其施工方法供类似工程参考。
As the actual geological condition of the rock foundation for a RCC gravity dam is more fractured than that previously investigated from the preliminary reconnaissance, the test parameters of the consolidation grouting can not meet the requirements of the quality and construction progress of the project. To solve this problem, the grouting locations of all the dam sections with the fractured foundation rock and the related parameters are adjusted during the construction. The result from the monitoring after the grouting shows that the grouting quality has met the requirements of design and specifications concerned, and then the integri- ty and uniformity of the foundation rock have been greatly enhanced along with the improvement of the mechanical properties; which can not only lay a better foundation for the dam construction and safe operation, but also provide a reference of construction method for the other similar projects.
