用DDVVIIEA动态粘弹谱仪对单基、双基、硝胺和硝基胍四种发射药的β次级转变进行了研究,发现四种发射药都存在明显的β次级转变峰。与单基火药相比,双基火药在β次级转变时的tanδ峰值明显增加,而硝胺和硝基胍发射药在β次级转变时的tanδ峰值减小,实验频率对β次级转变时tanδ峰值的影响不大。对硝胺和硝基胍两种发射药老化过程中β次级转变的研究表明:硝胺发射药的β次级转变时的tanδ峰值大于硝基胍发射药,老化以后,两种发射药的β次级转变时的tanδ峰值降低,前者的下降速度大于后者,约600h后,两种发射药的β次级转变时的tanδ峰值已基本接近。最后。
The secondary transition of 4 nitrocellulosecontaining gun propellants is investigated by means of dynamic viscoelastic grapher DDVVIIIEA. It is found that singlebase, doublebase, nitramine and nitroguanidinebased propellants all give an corresponding peak of secondary transition. Compared with singlebase propellant, the peak tan of doublebase propellant at its secondary transition apparently increases,while those of nitraminebased and NGUbased propellants decrease at their secondary transition. The experimental frequency shows little influence on the tan at their secondary transition. During aging test, the tan at secondary transition of nitraminebased propellant is larger than that of NGUbased, and the former decreases rapidly than the later, but after 600h, both tan peaks are nearly closed to each other. The relationship of secondary transition with impact fracture strength of the gun propellants is briefly discussed.
