摘要
为了提高喷涂聚脲防水层的黏结强度,必须对混凝土基面进行处理,在打磨抛丸、修补缺陷、清除灰尘的基础上,涂刷渗透型环氧封底漆和环氧-聚氨酯底涂漆复合层是行之有效的方法,介绍了渗透型环氧封底漆和环氧-聚氨酯底涂漆的制备工艺及配方,讨论了不同底涂处理工艺对聚脲涂层黏结强度的影响。
Concrete surface must be processed in treatment on the basic of polishing shot blasting,repairing defects as well as dust clearing in order to improve the bond strength of spray polyurea waterproof layer,brushing permeable epoxy primer and epoxy-polyurethane primer composite layer of paint were effective way.The preparation process and formula of penetrated epoxy primer and epoxy seal-polyurethane paint were introduced and the influences of different treatment processes on polyurea primer bond strength were discussed.
