摘要
通过对硼的特性及提高电炉流程生产含硼钢冶金质量的措施分析,采取相应技术措施稳定并降低钢中氧、氮质量分数,合理控制铝、钛加入量,优化硼的加入制度,配备必要在线监测装备、提高过程参数控制能力。生产实践证明,在将硼的回收率从70%~85%稳定提高到90%以上,钢中硼质量分数得到精确控制的同时,实现了提高含硼钢冶金质量的目的。
In this paper,by means of made analysis of boron characteristics and proposed measures to improve metallurgical quality of boron steel,the process of feeding boron is optimized,taking appropriate technical measures to stabilize and reduce content of nitrogen and oxygen in steel,controlling the amount of aluminum and titanium rationally and installing monitoring equipments to improve the capability of process parameters.Production practice has proved that absorption of boron from 70%~85% to 90% and boron content is controlled precisely so that it is realized to improve the metallurgical quality.
