摘要
针对三段式步进梁式加热炉,基于Visual Basic开发环境下的参数化设计技术,介绍了三维CAD软件Sol-id Edge和CAE软件Fluent的集成方法,并使用Scheme语言配置Fluent参数文件完成了炉内温度场的数值模拟。该方法通过关联炉体装配模型尺寸生成炉体封闭模型;采用STEP标准模型作为CAD与CAE系统之间的数据传递手段;使用Dos环境下批处理文件对同类炉型实现自动化网格划分,建立了加热炉设计分析一体化平台,达到了提高设计分析效率的目的。
Based on three sections walking beam furnace,parametric design technology in Visual Basic development environment is used.3D CAD software Solid Edge and CAE software Fluent is integrated.Scheme language is configured for temperature field simulation in furnace.This method is realized by linking dimensions of assembly structure to build closed furnace model.STEP standard model is used as data transfer file between CAD system and CAE system.Automatic meshing process is realized by batched file in DOS environment for similar furnace type.The furnace design-analysis platform is built;the objective of improving the efficiency of design-analysis is achieved.
