摘要
转炉氧枪除渣器是为了解决氧枪表面粘渣的问题,利用机械设计、材料力学和气压传动等知识设计的一种机器。在不影响炼钢本身作业操作的同时,采用气压同步回路驱动除渣器转臂围住氧枪和利用氧枪提升系统对氧枪的提升力的共同作用来实现对氧枪表面渣的清除。此种除渣方法不仅不会影响炼钢的操作,反而提高了炼钢的自动化水平及替代了以往传统的除渣方法,进而提高了炼钢的效率。
To solve the problem of lance surface stick dregs,the BOF oxygen lance cleaner is designed by mechanics,materials and pneumatic transmission etc.Without affecting the steel-making operations,it is driven by pneumatic synchronous circuit.Its rotating arm holds the oxygen lance.It moves up and down by oxygen lance upgrade system to achieve the joint action of slag lance surface removal.This method will not only not affect the steel-making operations,but also promote the automation level in steelmaking,replace the traditional methods and improve the efficiency of the steelmaking.
