通过原理研究和取样化验，分析了一台35t／hCFB锅炉出力不足和燃烧效率低的原因，并提出了相应的改造方案。该方案可使锅炉效率由原来的50％提高到75％以上，对燃烧无烟煤的CFB锅炉改造具有普遍意义。

By theory analyzing and sampling, this article got the reasons for insufficient output and low heat efficiency and put forward the retrofitting method. It can raise the boiler efficiency from 50% up to 70%. It is significant for CFB modification where anthractite is fired.
