三福高速公路运行车速与交通安全关系研究

Research on operating speed and traffic safety of Sanming-Fuzhou expressway

基于运行车速理论,以实际的车辆运行速度和交通事故调查为基础,对三福高速公路运行车速和交通安全之间的关系进行研究.研究结果表明,实际的运行车速越高及运行车速变化量越大,交通事故率也越高.最后,运用车速变化量与交通安全的关系对整个高速公路路段进行安全评价.

Based on the theory of operating speed, the relationship between speed and traffic safety were studied after investigating the actual operating speed and traffic accident. The results show that the actual operating speed and operating speed variation were greater, the higher traffic accident rate will be. In addition, a safety assessment was applied to the whole highway section according the relationship of speed variation and traffic safety.
