福州市大学新区暴雨洪水积涝数学模型研究与应用 被引量:7

The study and application on the mathematical model of urban rainstorm flood waterlogging

摘要 针对福州市大学新区暴雨洪水积涝灾害严重的现状,根据研究区域的水文、气象、排水和水力特征资料,建立了溪源溪流域暴雨洪水积涝数学模型,计算结果表明模型能正确反映"圣帕"和"龙王"台风时福州大学新区的淹没情况.在此基础上,将所建模型应用于大学城新区的防洪排涝规划体系. In this paper, aiming at the serious situation of integrated flood storm flood disaster in the new district of Fuzhou university and according to the study area' s hydrology, meteorology, water and hydraulic characteristics, a mathematical model of storm flood waterlogging in River Xiyuan is estab- lished, which can correctly reflect submerged conditions of the new district of Fuzhou university under "Sepat "and "Dragon King" Typhoons. And on this basis, the model shall be applied in the flood prevention planning system, and the results of this study to solve the problem of Fuzhou university, flood control and drainage, provides a better guidance.
