圆顶阀密封圈嵌入安装在阀体上,密封腔常压时密封圈和圆顶阀芯不接触,充压后实现密封效果;在介绍高炉喷煤系统喷吹罐工作原理的基础上,分析了圆顶阀的使用特点、气动逻辑控制的组成和原理;气动控制圆顶阀应用在煤粉喷吹罐上,密封可靠,可以消除流动粉尘物料对阀体和密封的磨损,运行稳定,实现了系统的自动化控制。

The rubber seal inlay into the body of dome vavle,and don＇t touch with dome when sealing room filled with usual atmospheric pressure.After the sealing room inflated with the gas which have particularly pressure,the dome valve reliably closed;Introduce the process of injection vessel which used in the pulverized coal injection system for the blast furnace,introduce the structure of dome valve and its special features,analysis the principle and elements of pneumatic logic control for dome valve;The pneumatic control dome valve which used in the pulverized coal injection vessel,achieved reliability sealing effect,overcomed the cause of wear in valve and seal flowing with bulk materials,stable in operating,and achieved automatic control.
