摘要 讨论了一种低温气动阀的设计方法。该阀能满足在-83~+40℃(190~313K)温度范围内给运载火箭常温气瓶充、放气,利用气源压力与气瓶压力之间的压力差,打开充气单向阀,高压气源通过充气单向阀给气瓶充气。在气瓶需要放气时,电磁阀通电,打开控制气源,进入阀门作动腔,推动推杆打开放气单向阀,放掉气瓶气体。文中对低温气动阀的设计方案对比与方案选择、主要零部件材料的选用、关键零组件的设计计算等进行了详细说明,最后给出了结论。 The design method of a kind of low temperature pneumatic valve has been discussed.This kind of low temperature air operated charge valve can satisfy in the-83℃~+40℃(190K^313K)temperature range is sufficient for the launch vehicle normal temperature air bottle,the deflation,the use was mad that between the source pressure and storage pressure's pressure difference,opens gasifies the cone-way valve,the high pressure gas source through gasifies the cone-way valve to the air bottle gasification.When the air bottle needs to deflate,the solenoid valve circular telegram,opens controls vents one's anger the source,enters the valve to do moves the cavity,impels the throw out lever to open deflates the cone-way valve,bleeds off the air bottle gas.This article was mainly to low temperature air operated charge valve design proposal contrast and designation,the primary materials selects and so on,the essential spare part design confirmation computation and so on to carry on detailed showing,finally gave the conclusion.
