简述了涂料行业"十一五"科技创新发展纲要及目标,从创新投入、企业创新体系建设、创新和研发成果、环保和节能减排目标等方面回顾了"十一五"涂料行业科技创新之路。

This paper introduces the outlines and goals of ＂the 11th Five-Year Plan＂ on technical innovation of coatings industry;and reviews the way of technical innovation in ＂the 11th Five-Year Plan＂ period from the aspects of innovation investment,system construction,innovation achievement and the aims of environment protection,energy-saving and emission-reduction.
