摘要
针对绢云母难以在有机涂料中润湿和分散的缺点,用γ-缩水甘油醚氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷(KH-550)与铬酸盐对片状绢云母进行了复合改性,并进一步考察了改性绢云母对环氧涂料防腐性能的影响。扫描电镜(SEM)表明:KH-550和铬酸盐对绢云母进行复合改性后,绢云母在涂料中颗粒弥撒分布更加均匀,排布致密,与表面的结合更为密切。同时接触角测试结果也表明经偶联剂及铬酸盐复合改性后绢云母的接触角得到了提高,即疏水亲油性得到改善,增加了其在涂料中的分散性,提高其与涂料的相容性。极化曲线测试发现,加入偶联剂KH-550和Cr2O3复合包覆绢云母的涂层与添加单独用KH-550改性绢云母的涂层相比,腐蚀电位明显提高,自腐蚀电流大大减小,说明该涂层使腐蚀速度减小,有较好的保护作用。
In view of the shortcoming that sericite is difficult to be wetted and dispersed in organic coatings,this paper has modified the sheet sericite using γ-glycidoxypropyl trimethoxysilane(KH-550) and chromate.It investigates the influence of sericite on the anticorrosion property of epoxy coatings.SEM test shows that sericite can be more uniformly dispersed in coatings,the arrangement is denser,and the binding with the surface is closer.Contact angle test shows that the contact angle of sericite after modification has been improved,i.e.the hydrophobic and lipophilic property has been improved,the dispersion in coatings has been lifted,and the compatibility with coatings has been increased.Polarization curve test shows that,compared with the modification only by KH-550,the sericite modified by KH-550 and Cr2O3 has higher electric potential,the self-corrosion current is largely decreased,and the protective effect is better.
