摘要
参照GB18582-2008标准,建立一个简便易行、准确可靠的水性涂料中挥发性有机化合物(VOC)的气相色谱测试方法。涂料试样以乙腈为稀释剂,乙二醇单丁醚作内标物,经毛细色谱柱分离,氢火焰离子化检测器(FID)检测,采用二阶程序升温将水性涂料中的VOC(包括苯系物、二元醇和成膜助剂)很好地分离。试验证明该方法精密度高、准确性好,应用于水性涂料中VOC的监控与检测,取得了满意效果。
According to the Standard GB18582-2008,this paper has established a simple and accurate method of Gas Phase Chromatography for the determination of VOC in water-borne coatings.With acetonitrile as thinner,glycol butyl ether as internal standard substance,through two-step programmed temperature rising,the VOC（including benzene series,diols and film-forming additives） is perfectly separated by Capillary Chromatograph and tested by Hydrogen Flame Ionization Detector.The method is of high precision and good accuracy.And used in the supervision and test of VOC in water-coatings,it has got perfect result.
