摘要
通过对角置切向燃烧炉膛中燃烧器射流微元体的受力分析,推导出燃烧器射流微元体运动的动量方程,从而建立了射流偏转的理论分析模型。此外,还分析研究了直流燃烧器喷口宽度、假想切圆直径、射流速度、炉内气流的旋转直径、间隙率、炉膛切角等因素对燃烧器射流偏转的影响规律。
In this paper, the force of the burner jet controlled volume was analysed in the tangentially fired furnace. The equation of momentum of the burner jet controlled volume motion was inferred. The theoretical analytical model of the jet deflection was built up. Through analysis of this model, the effect of nozzle width, imaginary circle diameter, jet velocity, the rotation diameter, the nozzle spacing ratio and the width of the furnace corner on the burner jet deflection was analysed.
