摘要 在分析和比较强化燃烧室火焰管外壁面空气冷却传热过程的主要方法的基础上,提出了燃烧室冷却系统的改进方案,并对改进后的燃烧室冷却系统进行了试验研究。基于试验数据,对燃烧室筒体和环形冷却流道进行了传热分析,得出了一系列对进行燃烧室冷却过程的传热强化以及燃烧室冷却系统设计有指导意义的结论。 Based on a thorough study and comparison of the techniques for the heat transfer augmentation of the cooling of the flame protective shell in the combustion chamber, suggestions were made for improvement on the cooling system of the combustion chamber. Experiments were carried out on the improved cooling system. Using the experimental data acquired, heat transfer calculations were made for the combustion chamber and the annular cooling passage. Conclusions were drawn, which are of instructive importance for the heat transfer augmentation of the cooling and the design of the cooling system in the combustion chamber.
