摘要
研究了铂纳米簇/壳聚糖杂化膜(Pt/CS)对液相苯部分加氢反应的催化性能。通过微波加热还原氯铂酸的方法制备了单分散铂纳米簇,并将其与壳聚糖(CS)进行杂化后得到铂纳米簇/壳聚糖杂化膜。利用TEM、FT-IR、XRD和XPS等对铂纳米簇以及杂化膜的结构进行了表征,透射电镜表明,铂纳米颗粒平均粒径为3.7 nm,XPS结果显示,杂化膜中的Pt与壳聚糖上的N和O之间存在一定程度的配位。结果表明,用Pt/CS催化液相苯加氢反应,反应2 h,部分加氢产物环己烯选择性可达68%,单独以Pt纳米簇作催化剂无壳聚糖膜时,无环己烯生成,环己烷是惟一产物。
Pt nano - cluster/chitosan hybrid membrane (Pt/CS) was prepared and its catalytic activity for the partial hydrogenation of benzene was investigated. The structure of the catalysts was characterized by TEM, FT-IR, XRD and XPS. TEM and XPS results indicated that the average diameter of Pt particles was 3.7 nm and Pt was coordinated with N and O in chitosan hybrid membrane (CS) to some extent. The experimental results showed that Pt/CS catalyst exhibited high selectivity to Cyclohexene of 68% in liquid-phase benzene hydrogenation for 2 h ;there was no cyclohexene in the product using Pt nano-particles as the catalyst without chitosan membrane and the only product was cyclohexane.
