偏钨酸铵催化剂制备C_(10) α-烯烃聚合润滑油基础油

摘要 用盐酸蒸气处理的活性白土为载体,以杂多酸偏钨酸铵为活性组分制备催化剂,考察了盐酸蒸气处理催化剂的最佳条件及活性组分偏钨酸铵负载量对催化剂活性的影响,在微型反应装置上采用该催化剂进行C_(10)α-烯烃聚合反应实验。在温度130℃、压力4.0 MPa和空速0.5 h^(-1)聚合工艺条件下,盐酸蒸气的产生温度50℃、活性白土处理温度500 ℃和活性组分偏钨酸铵负载质量分数8%时,催化剂具有较好的催化活性,润滑油运动黏度(40℃)38.98 mm^2·s^(-1),溴值8.23 g·(100g)^(-1),凝点-45.2℃。 Ammonium metatungstate supported catalyst was prepared using activated clay treated with hydrochloric acid steam as the carrier and ammonium metatungstate as the active component. The influence of optimum condition of the catalysts treated by hydrochloric acid steam and ammonium metatung- state loading on the activity of the catalysts was investigated. The experiments of C10 α-olefin polymerization over the catalysts were carried out in the microreactor. The results showed that the treatment condition of the catalyst with 8.0% (mass fraction) active component was as follows :hydrochloric acid vapor temperature 50 ℃and activated clay treatment temperature 500 ℃;the catalyst exhibited better catalytic activity under the polymerization condition of reaction temperature 130℃, reaction pressure 4.0 MPa, and space velocity 0.5 h ^-1. The kinematic viscosity, bromine value, and freezing point of lubricating oil were 38.98 mm^2· s^-1 (40 ℃ ) ,8.23 g · (100g)^ -1, -45.2℃ , respectively.
