摘要
随着大型视频监控系统底层硬件环境越来越复杂,原先调用各厂商SDK进行编解码的方式变得越来越臃肿和缓慢;针对这一问题,提出了一种流媒体服务器的设计,它基于标准流媒体协议保证媒体转发的通用性,利用统一接口来屏蔽底层硬件差异,并在网络传输中进行拥塞自适应;经实际应用表明只用该服务器就可处理不同DVR视频流的转发,上层应用无需关注底层硬件信息,并且在有限带宽下可以获得更好的性能;为实际大型视频监控系统提供了参考技术方案。
