本文主要介绍柳州市汽车发动机厂研制的4105Q型柴油机的设计原则及结构特点、试制中解决的一些关键技术问题和可靠性设计改进，同时分析了其先进性，总结了根据有关标准进行定型试验的结果。结果表明，新开发的4105Q型柴油机是成功的，各项技术性能达到国内同类机型的先进水平，尤其在动力性和经济性方面居领先地位。

lllustration is given mainly to the design concept and feature, some critical technical taskstackled in devclopment and the design modification in reliability of 4105Q-type diesel engine, andmeanwhile, its advanced nature has been rated, and the results from its type test according to associatedstandards have been presented. It has proved that the newly developed 4105Q engine has been crownedwith success, with all its technical parameters marking the advanced levels of similar engine typesgrown at home, and its drivability and economy taking the lead, in particular.
