摘要
目的建立HPLC法测定牛大力中高丽槐素含量的方法。方法采用依利特YWG C18色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-0.1%醋酸水溶液(40∶60),检测波长为310nm,流速为1.0mL.min-1,柱温为27℃。结果高丽槐素进样量在0.06047~0.9675μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999);平均回收率为99.5%,RSD为1.80%(n=9)。结论该方法可用于牛大力中高丽槐素的含量测定。
Objective To establish a HPLC method for determination of Maackiain in root of Millettia speciosa.Methods YWG C18 column was used as chromatographic column.The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.1% acetic acid solution(40∶60).The flow rate was 1.0mL · min-1 and the detection wavelength was set at 310nm.The column temperature was maintained at 27℃.Results The calibration curve of Maackiain was in good linearity over the range of 0.06047~0.9675μg(r=0.9999).The average recovery was 99.5%,with RSD of 1.80%(n=9).Conclusion The method is suitable for determination of Maackiain in root of Millettia speciosa.
