摘要
目的建立血必净中红花黄色素A含量测定的HPLC法。方法采用Waters C18反相色谱柱,以甲醇-乙腈-0.05%磷酸溶液(20∶5∶75)为流动相,流速为1.0mL.min-1,用二极管阵列检测器检测,检测波长为403nm,柱温为30℃。结果方法的线性范围为2.876~28.76μg.mL-1(r=0.9998),精密度RSD为0.28%(n=7),重复性RSD为0.85%(n=7),红花黄色素A的平均回收率为99.15%,RSD为0.57%(n=9)。结论本方法操作简便,结果准确、可靠,可用于血必净注射液中红花黄色素A的含量测定。
Objective To establish a method for determination of safflor yellow A in Xuebijing Injection.Methods The separation was performed on Waters C18 column using methanol-acetonitrile-0.05% H3PO4(20∶5∶75) as mobile phase,the flow rate was 1.0mL·min-1.The detection wavelength was set at 403 nm and the column temperature was maintained at 30℃.Results The linear range of the method was 2.876~28.76μg·mL-1(r=0.9998),RSD was 0.28%(n=7).The average recovery was 99.15% and RSD was 0.57%(n=9).Conclusion The method is simple,fast and accurate for determination of safflor yellow A.
