Practice and Experience of Drug Zero Stock Management in Our Hospital

目的探讨较佳的药品库房管理模式。方法分析医院药库实施零库存的优点、条件,介绍零库存管理的实践方法。结果与结论在满足一定条件的基础上,医院药品实施零库存符合未来的发展趋势。

Objective To discuss the better management of medicine stock in hospital.Methods The merit,conditions and methods of enforcing zero stock in the hospital drug storehouse were analyzed.Results and Conclusion The zero stock in hospital drug storehouse can be enforced if certain conditions were satisfied,which is also in line with the future tendency of development.
