摘要
以1,3,5,7,9,11,13-苯基-15-乙烯基笼型倍半硅氧烷(Vinyl-POSS)、苯乙烯和丙烯腈为原料,AIBN为引发剂,用溶液聚合法制备出一种新型共聚物Vinyl-POSS/St/AN。采用傅里叶转变红外光谱(FTIR)、核磁共振(1H-NMR)等表征手段对产物进行结构表征;利用X-射线衍射(XRD)研究了POSS分子在Vinyl-POSS/St/AN中的分散性;并利用热失重分析(TGA)技术、差示扫描量热(DSC)及拉伸试验机研究了共聚物的热性能。结果表明:Vinyl-POSS的引入对共聚物的热稳定性和力学性能都有一定程度的提高。
With 1,3,5,7,9,11,13-heptaphenyl-15-vinyl cage silsesquioxane (Vinyl-POSS), styrene and Vinyl cyanide as raw materials and AIBN as initiator, a new kind of copolymer(Vinyl-POSS/St/AN)was prepared by solution polymerization. The effect of different content of Vinyl-POSS on the property of Vinyl-POSS/St/AN copolymer was studied. The structure and composition of Vinyl-POSS/St/AN copolymer was characterized by fourier transform infrared spectroscopic (FTIR) and nuclear magnetic resonance (1H-NMR). The dispersion of POSS in Vinyl-POSS/St/AN composite was studied by X-ray diffraction (XRD). The thermal property of copolymer was investigated by thermal gravimetric analysis (TGA), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and tensile machine. The results showed that the thermal stability and mechanical properties of Vinyl-POSS/St/AN copolymer have some degree of increased with the addition of Vinyl-POSS.
