摘要
利用CAE软件Moldflow对微型平板件的填充率进行了模拟和分析,比较了不同种类的原料聚甲醛(POM)和聚甲基丙烯酸甲(酯PMMA)的成型工艺,采用单因素法研究了熔体温度、模具温度、注射压力、填充速率对微型平板件填充率的影响。
The filling rate of micro flat component was simulated and analyzed by using the CAE software.The forming processes of different injection materials,such as Polyformaldehyde(POM) and Poly(methylmethacrylate)(PMMA),were compared.The effects of melt temperature,mold temperature,injection pressure and injection rate on filling rate of micro flat component were investigated by using single factor method.
