本文就三网融合提出了一个新观点——即三网融合的主战场是宽带数据业务的竞争,同时提出了广电宽带数据业务分成三个层面,即宽带业务层、宽带网络层和基础网络层,并从这三个层面对宽带业务的建设进行了详细论述。

Three Network Convergence is a challenge for radio and television industry,it is also a rare opportunity for development.Changes that radio and television network should take in process of Three Network Convergence is a question worthy to discuss.This paper thinks that the main battlefield of Three Network Convergence is competition of broadband data business.And it also advances that radio and television broadband data business should be divided into broadband business layer,broadband network layer and basic network layer,and gives a detailed analysis.
