注塑件垂直度问题的研究

摘要 通过对其它行业中垂直度问题的比对,引入了评价注塑件垂直度问题的概念,简要分析了影响注塑件垂直度的因素和解决方法。利用CAE翘曲变形模拟分析可计算出产品垂直度,并可运用垂直度数值快速确定反求的尺寸修改量,提高产品设计效率,结合实例证明了该方法的有效性,并在实际试模中得到验证。 Though comparing with other professions in verticality degree problems, a definition of verticality degree to describe the verticality of injection molded parts was represented. The influence factors and solving methods of verticality degree in injection molding were simply analyzed. The verticality degree of products could be calculated with the CAE simulation results, and the amending measure was fleetly get to improve the efficiency in designing products. An example was given to demonstrate that the proposed method was effective and the method was proved in producing experiment.
