摘要
研究了溴化环氧树脂、十溴二苯乙烷、溴化聚苯乙烯3种阻燃剂对聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯/丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯塑料合金熔体流动性能、力学性能及阻燃性能的影响。结果表明,3种阻燃剂的阻燃效果都比较好,合金阻燃性能达到UL94 V0级。其中溴化环氧树脂对材料的流动性能和力学性能影响最小。
The effects of decabromodiphenyl ethane (DBDPE), brominates epoxy resin (BEO), brominated polystyrene (BPS) on the melt flow capability, mechanical property and the flame retardancy of PBT/ABS alloys were studied. The results showed that DBDPE, BEO, BPS had good retardancy effect on the alloys, and the PBT/ABS alloys all reached UL94 V0 grade. The influence on fluidity and mechanical properties of BEO is the least.
