汽车车门内饰板注塑模浇注系统优化 被引量:4

OPTIMUM OF GATING SYSTEM FOR INJECTION MOLD FOR INTERIOR DECORATION INSIDE AUTOMOBILE DOOR

摘要 利用Pro/E软件建立了汽车车门内饰板实体模型,并采用Moldflow软件对该塑料件成型过程进行模拟分析。综合分析各种因素对注射成型的影响,确定了最佳浇口位置,获取了各种浇口设计方案下的填充结果、熔体填充过程中V/P转换点压力分布、熔接痕和气穴分布情况,优化了浇口设计方案,确定了浇注系统,创新了模具设计方式,提高了设计效率。 By the use of Pro/E software, the solid model of the interior decoration board inside the automobile door was crea- ted and the molding behavior of the plastic product was simulated in the virtue of Moldflow. Based on the analysis of the effect of the mould parameter on the molding behavior, the best gate location was achieved. Furthermore, the optimum gating system was obtained based on the fill results, the distribution of pressure at the time of V/P switch and the location of weld line and air traps, which created the design way of the injection mould and promoted the production efficiency.
