摘要
分析我国氧化铝工艺水平和污染防治现状,提出应根据铝土矿实际情况,优先选择拜耳法和联合法工艺技术,提高工艺技术水平,提高熟料烧成窑处理水平、控制物料堆场的无组织排放,采用节水工艺技术、降低新水单耗,完善废水零排放技案,保证赤泥堆场安全稳定运行,拓宽赤泥综合利用渠道,加强炉窑监控等污染防治对策。
The paper analyzes the existing status of alumina production process and plllution in China. And then based on the practical conditions of bauxite,it puts forward some measures such as giving preference to Bayer process and Combination process,improving process level and the level of sinter calcination kiln, control of the stockpile of stockyard, using water saving technology, decreasing the specific consumption of fresh water, improving the zero discharge of waste water, ensuring the stable operation of red mud stockyard, diversifying the utilization of red mud and control of furnace and kiln.
