中心体蛋白Nlp在宫颈癌中的表达及意义 被引量:2

Expression of Centrosomal Protein Nlp in Cervical Cancer and its Significance

摘要 [目的]探讨宫颈癌中中心体蛋白Nlp的表达情况及意义。[方法]采用免疫组化法和逆转录聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)检测并比较28例宫颈癌组织及18例正常宫颈组织中Nlp的表达情况,并分析Nlp表达与宫颈癌临床分期及分化程度的关系。[结果]42.9%(12/28)的宫颈癌细胞核旁和/或胞浆部位Nlp呈阳性表达,正常宫颈组织均不表达Nlp(P>0.05),宫颈癌组织中Nlp的阳性表达在不同临床期别和不同分化程度组中无统计学差异(P>0.05)。RT-PCR结果显示Nlp宫颈癌组织中的表达水平明显高于正常宫颈组织。Nlp表达阳性和表达阴性者中位生存时间分别为34个月和38个月。[结论]宫颈癌组织中Nlp在蛋白水平、mRNA水平都存在高表达。
