凋亡抑制蛋白Livin在上皮性卵巢肿瘤中的表达及意义

Expressions and significances of Livin protein in epithelial ovarian tumor

目的探讨调亡抑制蛋白Livin在卵巢上皮性肿瘤中的表达及其临床意义。方法用免疫组织化学SABC法检测90例卵巢上皮性肿瘤组织中Livin蛋白的表达情况。结果≥50岁与<50岁患者的Livin蛋白的表达差异无统计意义(P>0.05);组织学类型为浆液性和非浆液性患者的Livin蛋白的表达差异无统计意义(P>0.05)。肿瘤细胞的分化程度越低,Livin蛋白的表达越高(P<0.05);临床分期越高,Livin蛋白的表达越高(P<0.05)。结论 Livin蛋白的表达在卵巢恶性、交界性上皮性肿瘤组织中高于良性肿瘤,提示其可能在卵巢恶性上皮性肿瘤的发生发展中起一定作用。

Objective To investigate the expressions of Livin protein in ovarian epithelial tumors and their clinic significances.Methods mmunohistochemical SABC method was employed to detect the Livin expressions in 90 cases with epithelial ovarian tumors.Results There was no statistical difference of Livin expression rate between the patients under 50 years old and the other ones（P0.05）.There was no statistical difference between the serous tumor and non-serous tumor patients（P0.05）.The lower the differentiation was,the higher the Livin expression rate was（P0.05）.The higher the stage was,the higher the Livin expression rate was（P0.05）.Conclusions Livin expression rate of benign ovarian tumor is lower than that of malignant or borderline epithelial ovarian tumor,which indicates the inceased expressions of Livin may play an important role in the occurrence of ovarian cancer.
