摘要
[目的]探讨以络病理论为指导的芪莲舒痞汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)癌前病变(PLGC)的临床疗效。[方法]将88例符合标准的CAG伴PLGC患者随机分为芪莲舒痞汤治疗(治疗)组56例及胃复春治疗(对照)组32例,详细记录2组治疗前后临床症状及胃镜、病理、幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染的情况。[结果]治疗组总有效率89.30%,对照组总有效率68.75%;治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。在患者症状积分、病理积分、Hp清除率方面,治疗组效果也优于对照组(P<0.05或<0.01)。[结论]芪莲舒痞汤治疗CAG PLGC疗效确切,且安全性良好,值得临床推广应用。
[Objective]To study the curative effect of Qilianshupi Decoction in treating precancerous lesion of gastric cancer（PLGC）.[Methods]Eighty-eight cases with precancerosis of chronic atrophic gastritis were divided into two groups randomly,56 cases in the treatment group of Qi-lianshupi Decoction and 32 cases in the control group of Weifuchun.The clinical symptoms,pathological morphologies and gastroscope images,H.pylori infection rate were observed.[Results]The effective rate of treatment and control groups was 89.30% and 68.75% respectively（P0.05）.Compared with those of control group,clinical symptom integral,gastroscope images,pathological integral and H.pylori eradication of the treatment group were significantly improved（P0.05）.[Conclusion]Qilianshupi Decoction has reliable curative effect and safety in anti-PLGC.
