群体口服农药急性中毒的救治

Experience of treatment of grouping acute poisoning oral pesticide

目的:探讨群体口服农药急性中毒的抢救与治疗,以期提高救治成功率。方法:回顾分析2008—2010年3起共17例群体口服农药急性中毒的临床资料。结果:2批次(各6例)中11例为有机磷农药中毒,1例菊酯类农药中毒,其中重症8例;1批次3例菊酯类杀虫药中毒和2例其他中毒。全部患者均得以及时在抢救室内进行监护和至少1医1护的抢救与管理;在维护有效呼吸与循环等生命体征的前提下,迅速、充分地洗胃以清除体内毒物,针对性应用特异性解毒药物或是加强对症与支持治疗。成功治愈16例,1例有机磷农药中毒患者因呼吸循环衰竭死亡。结论:快速和有效启动群体性突发紧急事件预案,准确的病情判定,合理的人员与空间安排,以及科学的规范化治疗是群体口服农药急性中毒治疗成功的重要方面,缺一不可。

Objective：The treatment experience of group of oral pesticide acute poisoning was investigated.Method： The clinical data of 17 cases in three groups of acute pesticides poisoning were retrospective analyzed in this study.Result：Eleven of 17 cases were poisoned from organophosphorous insecticides,in which 8 cases were very serious.All cases were arranged in rescued room timely and cured by at least one physician and one nurse.Sixteen cases were cured,but one died from respiratory and circulatory failure.Conclusion：Rapid and effective starting of the predicting program for sudden emergency events,diagnosis and evaluation of the conditions accurately,reasonable personal and space arrangement,and standardization of the treatment scientifically were the key for successfully treatment of grouping acute pesticides poisoning.
