基于问卷调查的新农村居住环境满意度评价:以房山区试点村为例

A survey of satisfaction evaluation of living environment in new socialist countrysides based on the questionnaire:The case of Fangshan

随着社会主义新农村建设进程的加快,农村的生活环境得到了较大的改善.为了更加深入、更有针对性地进行北京市新农村建设,本文以北京市远郊山区房山区为研究对象,选取了青龙湖镇庙耳岗村和长阳镇保合庄村这两个典型村,从农村居民的角度出发设计了问卷调查并实地考察了农村居民对居住环境的满意度,在此基础上运用主成份分析法,归纳出影响村民满意度评价的主要因子,力求为北京市远郊区新农村居住环境建设的具体实施提供理论依据,以及为全国其他城市郊区新农村建设的具体实施提供借鉴.

With the process of the new socialist countryside construction speeding up,the living environment in rural areas has been greatly improved in China.For the purpose of constructing the new rural in Beijing more deeply,this paper selects Fangshan District of Beijing suburb as the object of this research and selects the Miaoergang village in Qinglonghu town and the Baohezhuang village in Changyang town as two typical villages.The questionnaire is designed from the view of the residents in rural areas and the paper gives a survey of villager’s satisfaction evaluation grounded on principal component analysis,summarizes the main factors of the influence on villager’s satisfaction evaluation.The paper aims to give a theoretical basis for the specific implementation of the planning in rural areas in Beijing,as well as provide references for other cities.
