患强迫症的大学新生自我和谐状况调查 被引量:3

The self consistency and congruence in college freshmen with obsessive compulsive disorder

摘要 目的 探讨不同性别、独生、特困、生源地、学历层次、学科的强迫症(≥2.5)大学新生的自我和谐状况.方法 采用自我和谐量表为主要的研究工具,对361名强迫症大学新生进行测量.结果 (1)男生与女生之间在自我与经验的不和谐因子上存在显著差异(t=-3.26,P=.001);(2)特困生与非特困生之间在自我的灵活性因子上存在显著差异(t=-2.35,P〈.05);(3)其他类型新生在自我和谐的三因子及总分上不存在显著差异(P〉0.05).结论 强迫症大学新生的自我和谐程度相对较低,高校应加强心理咨询与治疗工作,适时进行临床心理干预. Objective To assess the status of self consistency and congruence in college freshmen with different type of obsessive compulsive disorders. Methods Total of 361 college freshmen with obsessive compulsive disorders were included for the study and were assessed using self consistency and congruence scale as the main measure. Results (1) There were significant differences in non-- consistency and non--congruence of self and experience between boys and girls (t =-3.26, P = 0. 001 ) ; (2)there were significant differences in self- flexibility between destitute and nondestitute students (t = - 2.35, P 〈0.05) ; (2)there was no significant difference in scores of three factors and total self consistency and congruence among other types students (P 〉 0.05). Conclusions The self consistency and congruence in college freshmen with obsessive compulsive disorders is poor. Colleges should strengthen psychological counseling and therapy and implement clinical psychological intervention timely towards these students.
