MEG3 :a novel gene relative to pituitary neoplasms
摘要
垂体肿瘤是单克隆来源的,即在肿瘤形成过程中必须有某个体细胞的突变。目前,与大多数肿瘤一样,垂体肿瘤的选择性克隆增殖、基因的突变等确切机制仍然不十分清楚。一些在常见的侵袭性或恶性肿瘤肿瘤中的基因突变,如p53和Rb,在垂体腺瘤中是极其罕见的。
