成年海马神经再生与抑郁
Adult ippocampal neurogenesis and depression
摘要
重症抑郁是一种严重的精神障碍,其终生患病率超过15%,主要的行为变化是情绪低落、消极观念、无助、活力和注意力下降,自杀比例约15%,是全球第四大致残因素。尽管抑郁症从症状到流行病学情况都十分严重,但对此病的有效干预仍显不足,而进一步揭示抑郁症病理、生理学面临巨大的挑战,究其原因为:(1)综合征分类法及病因学的多样性;(2)内疚,自杀等综合征在实验动物中难以模拟。
