摘要 利用Al3+对6-甲基-2-(α-羟甲基)-1H-苯并咪唑(MHMBM)荧光的增敏作用,建立了快速测定生物样品中痕量铝的新方法。实验结果表明,在中性介质中,MHMBM的荧光强度与Al3+的浓度呈良好的线性关系,相关系数(r)为0.990 9。Al3+的检出限为1.5 ng/mL,线性范围为(0.004 5-0.135)μg/mL。方法用于灌木枝叶标准样品(CRMs)中Al3+的测定,RSD=0.46%,分析结果与CRMs的标示值一致。 A new method for rapid determination of trace aluminum in biological samples is developed based on the fluorescence enhanced of 6-methyl-2-(α-hydroxymethyl)-1H-benzimidazole(MHMBM) by interaction of Al3+ with MHMBM.The experimental results show that the linear relationship between the fluorescence enhancement effect of MHMBM and the concentration of Al3+ is good in neutral aqueous solution.The correlation coefficient(r) and the linear range are 0.990 9 and(0.004 5-0.135) μg/mL respectively with the detection limit of 1.5 ng/mL.The method is applied to determination of Al3+ in CRMs of bush branches and leaves with 0.46% RSD,and the analytical results accordance with certified of CRMs.
