Preparation Technology of Multifunctional Emulsifying Wax

介绍了乳化蜡的形成原理以及市场应用前景,并研究了乳化蜡的制备工艺条件,其中乳化剂的种类及其用量、乳化温度、搅拌速度、乳化时间等是影响乳化蜡稳定性的主要因素。得出在选用复合乳化剂用量为7%,乳化温度为85℃,在1 000r/min的搅拌速度下,乳化30 min,可以制备出稳定性以及分散性好的乳化蜡。

The forming principle and prospect of market application have been introduced.The preparation technological conditions have been studied.The main factors are analyzed affecting the stability of wax emulsion,such as the types and dosage of emulsifying agents used,emulsifying temperature,mixing speed,emulsifying time,etc.The content of the complex emulsifying agent is 7%,emulsifying temperature is 85℃,mixing speed is 1 000 r/min,emulsifying 30 min,under such conditions,emulsifying wax with good stability and dispersibility can be got.
