摘要
沈敏鹤主任中医师在治疗胰腺癌方面有独到的见解,认为正虚邪积是胰腺癌发病的主要病机,辨证首先责之肝脾,按照人体正气之盛衰、病情之发展辨证论治,确立了以疏肝健脾为主要治法治疗胰腺癌,意在调畅中焦气机,气顺则癥积自消。
Dr Shen Min-he has unique insights in the treatment of pancreatic cancer. He thinks that the main pathogenesis of pancreatic cancer is Zhengxuxieji, differentiating is responsible for the liver and spleen, so he established the main rule of Shuganjianpi treatment for pancreatic cancer, to regulate the Qi and dissipate the Zhengji.
