摘要
我国首个规范医疗纠纷调解与处置的地方性行政规章《宁波市医疗纠纷预防与处置暂行办法》于2008年3月1日起正式实施。通过对宁波市医疗纠纷理赔处理机制创新特点分析,从实践角度深入探析该制度的实践价值,并提出相应的完善思路。
The first local administrative regulation in China,Interim Procedures for Ningbo＇s Medical Dispute Prevention and Settlement,was formally implemented on March 1,2008.The article analyzed the features of the innovative mechanism for handling medical dispute claims,explored the practical value of medical dispute claims processing system,and put forward the corresponding measures of improvement.
