基于人类存在意义上整合的中医学

Conformability of traditional Chinese medicine based on human existence

文章从存在主义、现象学和结构主义的角度重新解读了传统中医学的整体论思想的特点和意义,认为中医学的一切理论都以其从属的生活世界的自明性为根基,中医是用汉语建构的一种认识框架,以及在这种框架下观察世界的一种不同于西医的视角,是另一种生存方式和中国式的结构主义。传统中医的健康生活观是一种先进文化,始终将医学视野下的人理解为生活世界中的活人和整体的人,这既是中医坚定的科学精神,也是基本的人文特点的体现。

Though reinterpreting the characteristics and significance of holism of traditional Chinese medicine from the view of existentialism,phenomenology and structuralism,the author believes that traditional Chinese medicine is a recognizing framework based on Chinese language,and it is Chinese structuralism with a different method compared with the western culture,all the theories of traditional Chinese medicine are based on the self-evidence of living world.Scientific spirit and humane features of traditional Chinese medicine lie in healthy living perspective and considering its subject under the field of medicine as a whole alive human being.
