沭阳县职工基本医疗保险参保人员的满意度调查与分析

Survey and analysis of satisfactory degree on staff's basic medical insurance for the participants in Shuyang county

城镇职工基本医疗保险运行至今取得了显著成绩,当然也还存在一些问题。文章以江苏省沭阳县的调查数据为基础,主要从人口社会学指标、对当地医保政策和定点医疗机构的满意度等维度研究参保人员对该制度的总体评价,并运用回归模型分析职工医保满意度的影响因素。研究结果表明,当地参保人员对城镇职工基本医保总体满意度为3.7分,个人医药费用支付比例、个人缴费政策、药品目录包含的药品范围、住院总费用中的自费项目、住院办理医保手续(包括入院和结算)的便捷程度等因素都会对参保人员满意度产生显著影响。

Staff＇s basic medical insurance（SBMI）has made remarkable achievements as so far,but it also has some problems.Based on data from Shuyang county Jiangsu province,the major objective of the article is to research the general evaluation of the institution from population sociology indicators and satisfactory degree on the local policy and designated medical institution.The multiple regression analysis was used to find the relevant influencing factors.The result showed that the general satisfactory degree on SBMI of the participant was 3.7,and the following factors could deeply influence the satisfactory degree.They were the pay scale of the medicine and clinics project,the pay policies of participant,the range of medicines in medicine catalogue,the medical treatment charge of individual responsibility in the hospital,convenience of the procedure in hospital and so on.
