摘要
"校本培训"是以教师任职学校为培训基地,以促进教师专业发展为目标,把培训与教师的教育教学、科研活动紧密结合起来的全员继续教育形式。高职院校进行校本培训,可采取领导指导式、座谈研讨式、自我提高式等培训方法,注重校本培训与实践的结合,建立校本培训教材库。
The school-based training is a form of continued education for schoolbased teachers in order to promote their professionalism combining teaching and researching.The school-based training may adopt new models of leadership supervision,workshop and school-business cooperation.
