在我国当前社会转型时期,农村社区伦理建设面临诸多问题:和谐稳定的婚姻关系受到冲击,家庭成员的责任感降低,邻里关系淡漠疏远,对农村社区的归属感降低。构建良好的农村社区伦理道德需发挥政府的主导作用,发挥农村非政府组织的积极参与作用,发挥村委会的倡导、组织和帮扶作用,在农村社区大力弘扬传统美德,加强农村经济文化建设,尽快消除城乡差别。

During the social transformation,rural ethic construction is faced with confrontations.Harmonious marriage comes across challenges,family members lose sense of responsibility,neighborhood becomes distant,and attributes of rural community get lower.Countermeasures are offered to strengthen rural ethic construction,civilization and governmental participation.
