摘要 为了提高双灯投影机方棒照明系统的光能利用率和照明均匀性,提出一种方棒照明系统优化设计方法.该方法利用光学扩展量守恒原理确定方棒出射光线的最大可利用角度,并由此计算得到在实际光源下的系统最大能量利用率;通过对不同方棒尺寸的系统能量利用率分析,得到图像芯片尺寸、方棒尺寸及数值孔径之间的最佳匹配关系.利用该方法,设计并实际制作了DLP(数字光处理器)双灯照明投影系统.实验测试结果表明,利用该设计方法设计制作的双灯投影系统具有较高的能量利用率和均匀性,设计与实测结果具有较好的一致性. In order to improve the light utilization efficiency and illumination uniformity of the light-pipe illumination system in double-lamp projector,a method for design optimization of light-pipe illumination system was presented.In this method,the maximum angle of the emergence ray from the light-pipe which can be used in the system was obtained first according to the principle of Etendue conservation.By this angle,the system maximum light utilization efficiency with a real light source was calculated.After analyzing the light efficiency of different size of light-pipes,the best matching relationship between the image panel size,light-pipe size and NA was obtained.Based on this method,a digital light processon(DLP) double-lamp illumination projection system was designed and set up.The experimental test results show that the illumination system designed by this method has higher energy efficiency and uniformity,and the test results agree well with the theoretical analysis.
