MnBi合金生长及其磁学性能研究

摘要 利用外延技术外延生长了MnBi合金,研究了不同的生长温度和不同的衬底对外延膜的生长的影响。发现控制Mn、Bi源的温度对生长的外延薄膜的结构和性能有很大的影响,同时还发现外延在不同的衬底上对制备MnBi合金有较大影响。这表明外延薄膜与衬底之间的依赖性。同时还研究了MgO衬底上外延薄膜的磁学性能,其表现出了室温铁磁性。 The dependence of effusion cells' temperature and the substrates on the epitaxy MnBi thin films were studied.The results show that the temperature of the Mn and Bi effusion cells and the structure of the substrates has a great impact on the structure and properties of the epitaxial thin films.The thin films deposited on MgO form Mn3Bi single crystal and show weak room temperature ferromagnetism.
