摘要
在油田供水系统中,采油污水经各级处理后,由管网输送到相应的注水站注入地层。由于供水系统流程复杂、水质多样化,局部区块采油污水产出与回注矛盾突出。管网压力不均衡,经常会出现采油污水调运受阻,就地向外排放,污染环境。对某油田供水系统中的主要水力元件建立了数学模型,根据节点流量平衡原理建立了供水系统仿真数学模型,并且从生产实际出发,对供水系统完成两种类型的仿真模拟。把仿真模拟技术用于某油田供水系统,指导现场完成供水管网局部改造和实现仿真模拟调水。应用结果表明,该项技术能够平衡管网系统各节点压力,确保污水调运畅通,使采油污水全部回注,给油田生产和供水系统的科学管理提供必要的理论依据。
In oil field water supply system,produced water is treated at all levels and then delivered to corresponding water-injection stations where it is injected to formation.In the water supply system,flow sheet is implicated,water quality is diversified,produced water in some areas is not matched with reinjection,and the pressure of pipe network is not balanced,which often results that the sewages dispatch will be disorder and the produced water will drain to cause environmental pollution.The mathematical models for different hydraulic elements in the water supply system is sets up.A system simulation model is also set up according to the flow balance of nodes,and two kinds of simulation are carried out based on production practice.The technology has been applied to the water supply system in some oil field and has guided local pipes to be rebuilt,so sewages have been dispatched by simulation.The application shows that the technology can balance the pressure among nodes,make sure sewages run reasonably and all the produced water being injected to formation.It provides a necessary theory for the scientific management in oil production and water supply.
